Nooksack Valley High School students impressed at the Future Business Leaders of America Northwest Regional Conference, with nine students competing and qualifying to represent NVHS at the state conference in Spokane in April. 
 
Chase Hughes and Jacqueline Rodriguez placed first in digital video production; Rodriguez earned first in career portfolio; Blue Hankins and Hendrick Rogers were second in digital broadcast; Claire Morgan and Lalani Slosson finished third in public service announcement; Shaylee Ostrander was fifth in sales presentation; Emma Kirkpatrick placed sixth in introduction to business presentation; and Sara Boylon qualified in cyber security practical test.
